According to a Sammobile report, the latest software update for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ is currently rolling out in France. And, should expand to other regions over the next few days. The update can be identified by the firmware version G95xFXXUCDUK1.  The latest software update for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ is a minor security patch update that brings nothing more than just the November 2021 security patch. It should fix dozens of vulnerabilities related to system security and privacy.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ users in the specified regions have started receiving the latest OTA update. Those who are still in the queue should manually check the status by navigating to Settings » Software updates. South Korean giant released the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ way back in 2017 with Android 7 (Nougat) pre-installed. Later, the devices received two major OS upgrades. As a result, these are now based on Android 9 (Pie). The latest software update was a surprising move from Samsung. Hopefully, the company will release a couple of more updates in the future.
