For receiving the update, your device must be on an A.14 or A.15 build. As for the features and changes, the update will bring a number of new features and additions. Most of the features will be the same as OxygenOS 13, which is another update based on Android 13. The update will include a new aquamorphic design, new theme palettes, new widgets, improved gaming, smooth animation, and more.

The official ColorOS 13 update for Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G is only available for the first 5,000 users who apply. Moreover, the update has only been released in India and Vietnam with other regions expected to receive the update soon. If you’re looking to get the update early, head over to Settings -> About Device -> Tap the top section. On the software page, you should tap the icon on the top right and then select Trial Version. Here, you’ll be able to apply for the update.
